Kelly Villasenor – After raising three boys and a career in graphic arts, Kelly makes her home & studio in the charming community of Encintas CA. She has become a prolific oil painter using a method called “open Impressionism” that is characterized by a bold use of color, and painterly brush strokes to create lots of texture.
